Prior to making any bookings please read these terms:
BOOKINGS
- To make a booking you can telephone us to reserve a place on dates advertised. Places will be reserved for up to 2 weeks - you will need to visit the centre in this time to collect the learning materials and complete the paperwork. If you do not do so within 2 weeks your place will be forfeited.
- Deposits are accepted upon collection of learning materials. If you need learning materials sent to you then please telephone us to discuss arrangements. A postage fee will be incurred for this service.
- You must collect your learning materials at least 2 weeks before the course is scheduled to start, to allow yourself plenty of time to read and complete the home study required.
- The PADI Open Water Diver DVD is loaned to you for the home study portion - if you do not return it upon course commencement then a charge will be incurred. All other learning materials are yours to keep.
- On the day of the course, if you have not completed the home study required then another course date will be offered to you and a re-booking charge of £50 will result.
CANCELLATIONS
- Course cancellations due to change in circumstances MUST be made more than 3 weeks prior to the course commencement date. Failure to do so will result in full loss of money paid. Another course date will be offered at this time – failure to accept alternative dates will result in full loss of monies paid.
- Cancellations made on the first day of the course due to illness must be verified by a doctor’s certificate. No additional fee will be charged at this time if another course is booked at the time of cancellation.
- Failure to turn up for the course will result in forfeit of full deposit/complete balance whichever applies. We will accept bookings for future courses but a rebooking fee of £50 will be charged plus the remaining balance paid in full.
- Rebookings must be made within 1 week of the date of the first cancellation.
- No deposits will be refunded if the PADI manuals/logbooks have been written in.
- For monies to be refunded for advanced cancellations the complete crew pack must be returned in good condition with the manuals & logbook not written in. An admin charge of 5% will be deducted from the refund amount.
