  • You love diving but do you especially love certain aspects and want to learn more?
  • It may be wrecks that do it for you, or maybe deep diving gets the adrenaline going.
  • Perhaps you want to take diving in the UK seriously and invest in a dry suit, but need to know how to use it safely?
  • might want to learn more about the marine environment, or are interested in nitrox and want to know more.

Whatever sparks your interest, there's a PADI Speciality course!  And if you completed one of the dives as part of your Advanced Open Water course, that dive can be credited towards the corresponding speciality.

These courses take you beyond just entry-level information, and expand your knowledge of the area of diving that really "floats your boat"!!

What's included? ......back to Top

All speciality course prices include the PADI Speciality crew pack where available and use of main scuba equipment where needed (limited sized dry suits available).  Basic equipment including mask, snorkel, fins, boots & torches are not provided.

Most speciality courses include an informal theory session and 1 or 2 days diving (with the exception of Equipment Specialist which is solely classroom based and the Enriched Air Diver option 2 where you opt not to complete the dives).

Site entry fees and boat fees are not included in the cost of courses and are payable on the days of diving.

Below is a list of the specialities we offer, their prices and how long they take.

We run these courses throughout the year on a mainly flexible basis - contact us for details of when you can start.

The Deep & Wreck courses are specifically structured & take place at inland quarries, which we typically visit twice a year

How to book ......back to Top

To book email here.  When diving at sea we are governed by tides and especially weather, meaning some dives take place on weekday evenings as well as weekends, so some flexibility is required.

Pre-assessment ......back to Top

According to PADI standards, if you have not trained with us before and/or you haven't dived for some time, we ask you to complete a pre-assessment with us to ensure you are adequately prepared for the course.  This involves a pool session held on a Wednesday evening and entails demonstrating a few basic skills.  This pre-assessment is provided by us free of charge.

A liability release, medical statement & booking form will be required to be completed upon booking.
